Who is it for?

The course is intended for yoga teachers and practitioners, therapists, psychologists, teachers, health professionals, educators, and anyone interested in self-development, inner transformation, personal growth, and the treatment of anxiety and stress disorders.

  • Meaning and importance of Sankalpa
  • How to create custom sessions
  • Visualization
  • Use of symbols to design visualizations
  • How to create and sustain the practice environment
  • Practicum: creation of Yoga Nidra sessions

Course methodology

You will study at your own pace and have all the online Zoom connections you need to share doubts, ask questions and make comments with Anna, the training director.
It is advisable, although not essential, to purchase the book "Yoga Nidra", written by Swami Satyananda Saraswati and published by the Bihar School of Yoga, India. The book is available from most bookshops and through Amazon.
How does it work?
Once you have signed up for the ON-LINE course, you will receive all the study material distributed as follows:
  • the same study material of the theory that is covered in the face-to-face training
  • links to recordings of Yoga Nidra sessions led by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati
  • the course manual
  • examples of scripts for sessions
Online connections
It is an open LIVE space, where you can express your doubts and questions and where we will talk about everything you want to deepen. Online meetings are not mandatory.
Course language: English (written material in English. Video webinars with audio in Spanish and English subtitles.)

Return policy

You can cancel your course enrollment free of charge only up to 15 days before the course begins. You should communicate your intention NOT to take the course in writing, without any justification. No refunds will be granted after this period.

Qualification

A Course Completion Certificate is awarded to all students who have successfully completed the entire course.

This training counts towards the necessary hours for professional certification as a Yoga Teacher and for ROPEC, the Registro Oficial de Profesionales del Esport Catalán (Official Registry of Catalan Sport Professionals), should you reside in this Spanish Autonomous Community.
